What is erectile dysfunction (ED)?

Can I take CAPPRA if I am taking other medicines at the same time?

You should not use CAPPRA with other treatments of erectile dysfunction. You should NOT take CAPPRA if you take any form of nitrates, often prescribed for cardiac disease, as this may cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Also do NOT take CAPPRA if you take anti-HIV medicine. Do not start or stop taking any medicines before checking with your doctor or pharmacist. This includes prescription and nonprescription medicines or remedies.

What are the side effects of CAPPRA?

CAPPRA can cause some minor side effects. These are usually mild to moderate and normaly don’t last longer than an hour. The most common side effects are headache, facial flushing, high temperature and nasal congestion. If there is any other side effects, stop taking CAPPRA and contact doctor right away.

How can I order?

You can order easily on this website. This website is regular online store and is very similar to any big online stores such as Amazon for example. Following is step by step instruction:

  • add desired product and its requested quantity to the CART (click on ADD TO CART button).
  • once you have added all desired products to the cart, then go to the CART (click on the cart symbol in the right upper corner of this website).
  • check all products in the cart and total price including shipping costs if all is OK with you.
  • click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button
  • fill in all necessary details such as your full name, address, email, phone No. etc.
  • choose payment method, how you want to pay your order.
  • tick your approval with terms and conditions with click on the box beside “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” sentence.

We will process the order immediately after we receive your payment.

How you ship my order?

We ship all orders via Thailand Post either as Registered Airmail Package or as EMS – Express Mail Service Package according to your choice. The delivery to your delivery address is made by your national local post office.

How long it takes for delivery of my order?

Delivery time usualy takes about 10 – 15 days from date of shipping, but should not take more then 20 working days via Registered Airmail Package or 5 – 7 days from date of shipping via EMS – Express Mail Service Package.

When will you ship my order?

We process all orders immediately after we receive the payment. The orders are processed by “First In – First Out” method. It usualy does not take longer then 24 hours, so the order is usualy shipped the next working day.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship worldwide. We do not have any specific limitation from our side. We ship to all countries which are served by postal service.

Can I track & trace my order online?

Yes, you can track your package with your order online. You can do it either in our tracking application here, or on the website of Thailand Post, or on the respective website of your national postal service company – for example USPS here. You can also track your shipment on the website of Universal Postal Union here. We will provide you with the shipment number immediately after your order is shipped under which you can track your shipment.

How much will I pay for shipping?

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. free shipping via Registered Airmail Package which is free of charge,
  2. express shipping via EMS – Express Mail Service Package which is 60 USD per order.

You can choose the shipping method at the checkout.

What should I do if I not get the shipment within 20 working days?

We recommend to contact your local post office with the shipment number. You can find the shipment number in our confirmation email that your order was completed and shipped. If your local post office will be not able to tell you the actual status of your shipment and its delivery date, then please contact us immediately via contact form here. Please mention your order number in your message. We will make claim of delivery with the carrier – Thailand Post – immediately and will make sure that your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

Will my order be shipped in a discreet package?

Yes of course! All orders are packed discreetly. The items cannot be identified from the packaging. For your privacy, we do not include our company name or logo on the outside of the package. Shipper on the box is a private person.

In which currency are prices on CappraOnline.com?

Prices on CappraOnline.com are displayed and charged in USD currency by default. Accounting currency for payment processing is also USD, in which your order will be checked out. Exchange rate between USD and your local currency will be used according to your bank or payment processor.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay your order online with following payment methods:

  1. PayPal – payment via PayPal; you can pay with your credit or debit card, if you don’t have a PayPal account

Yes, it is possible to pay with your Bitcoins and you are very welcomed to use Bitcoin as payment method. Bitcoin is our preffered payment method. Is it possible to pay my order via PayPal?

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Yes, you can send us your payment as bank transfer to one of our bank accounts in either European Union or Thailand. You will receive the full instructions and bank account numbers via email together with the order confirmation.

Can I pay via SEPA payment?

Yes, you can send us your SEPA payment to our IBAN bank account in European Union. Choose payment method “Bank transfer” and you will receive the full instructions and bank account number via email together with the order confirmation.

Can I pay with my credit card or debit card in your store?

Yes, you can pay with your credit card or debit card via PayPal website even if you do not have PayPal account. PayPal also works as a payment gateway for customers who does not own any PayPal account.

Can I pay with my VISA, MasterCard or other card in your store?

How do I pay with Bitcoin?

First of all, Bitcoin is a highly secure way of making payments to us. It is probably the most secure payment method of all methods as your details are protected. Also it is very fast, so it means that any order paid with a Bitcoin is shipped quickly. Coinbase allows you to buy Bitcoin with a credit or debit card. I don't have a Bitcoin wallet or the necessary funds in Bitcoin, what should I do?

Coinbase allows you to buy Bitcoin with a credit or debit card. You can also try searching for a Bitcoin ATM/Kiosk in your area where you live. There are other services available that simplify one-time Bitcoin transactions and funding wallets by other methods. If you will pay with Bitcoin or other digital currency we will provide you additional special discount of 5%!

Is your website and shopping on it secure?

Do you have any loyality / rewards program?
